It operates in the field of providing legal consultations and services, and includes a selection of lawyers and legal consultants under the supervision of Mr. Counselor/ Khalid Mohammed Amer – the owner and founder of the group, who is licensed as a certified legal attorney by the Yemeni Bar Association of the Republic of Yemen. He is also a member of the Arab Lawyers Union in Cairo and holds a degree as a Legal Consultant. It offers its services in Sana'a, Yemen, providing the following professional and legal services:

Studying and evaluating the legal management tasks of the client / Assessing the client's needs, and selecting the most appropriate books and references suitable for those needs, and helping the client benefit from those references / Evaluating the legal management style and guiding the treatment of any shortcomings, and providing the client with the latest laws and legislations related to them and keeping them updated with the latest amendments to those laws and legislations first-hand.

This includes preparing legal studies for cases and determining the client's legal position in the case and the likelihood of success, which facilitates the client's specialized management in making appropriate decisions and alternatives regarding those cases, enabling them to avoid losing any of their cases and improving their legal position therein.
This includes undertaking the preparation and study of company contracts and drafting their clauses according to a precise legal vision that helps the client achieve the best advantages and avoid expected circumstances or events that may negatively affect the client's legal position or may cause harm to any of their rights in the future, God forbid, or limit them.
This includes examining and studying current employment contracts and preparing employment contracts that serve the client's interest and are legally compliant with Yemeni labor legislation.
